FastDials
A market opportunity described by someone with no technical background, built into a platform.
Rather than three separately scoped products
Of the combined cost of building them apart
Shipped alongside the web platform
What arrived, and what we did
The client is a business owner in the UAE with no technical background, which was never a limitation. He understood his market precisely and needed somebody to turn that into something buildable: a platform putting verified businesses across every sector in front of consumers.
Most of what we added was that translation. He described outcomes, we turned them into a system, then put the choices back in terms he could decide on. Android and iOS applications were built alongside the web platform, not after it.
Search that matches how people ask
Nobody searches the way a directory is organised. People type “salons near me” or “toy shops” and expect the right answer.
We built search that matches on meaning rather than exact wording, so a loose query still returns what the person wanted. A directory that only answers precisely worded questions is one nobody opens twice.
Two modules the business needed
- 01
Requests and bidding
When a customer cannot find what they need in the listings, they raise a request and every relevant verified business can bid for it. A failed search becomes a transaction.
- 02
Containers, with vessel tracking
So a business can follow its goods without leaving the platform.
Both were first scoped as separate products; we showed they served the same businesses, and recommended one platform.
The client could not have written this specification, and did not need to. The work was the bridge between a business he understood completely and a system he did not.

A vague complaint about hiring, turned into a product recruiters act on.
Bring us the problem before it becomes a specification.
Whether you are testing a new idea, replacing a system that has stopped keeping up, or looking for an engineering team you do not have to hire, the useful first conversation is about the business rather than the software. We will tell you honestly if the work is smaller than you think.
